the only dreams i have lately are ones in which i know i am dreaming, but i am "waking up" and getting started on the day, but everything is messed up, because i'm dreaming. i'm not there on time, i'm doing stuff that doesn't matter, and people are generally uninterested or annoyed with me. i violently try to wake myself up, i try throwing my body at things, commanding myself to wake up. i usually don't feel good once i actually have woken up. completely anxious and disoriented. sometimes my body jumps and it startles me. it's happened where i've dozed off again and re-awoken because i go back to dream and am in the same anxious situation.
